Samir Sathe

Samir Sathe is a seasoned consultant with 28 years of experience in research, strategy, and transformation consulting. He currently heads Advantage program at Wadhwani Foundation, a global philanthropic organization with a mission to create jobs and change lives. In addition to guiding the talent acquisition function and providing decision-making support to the CEO, Samir leads the Foundation's AI-enabled technology mobile platform, aimed at helping small businesses scale faster and create high-value jobs. Under his leadership, the Advantage program has served over 600 SMEs and struck over 20 partnerships with reputed firms, advisors, and mentors. Samir has a master's degree from INSEAD in Consulting and Coaching for Change and has trained in executive coaching using psychodynamic principles. He has attended executive development programs at Harvard Business School and MIT for Leading Professional Service Firms and Challenges of Global Poverty, respectively. Samir is also an author, speaker, and disruptive thought leader who has been published in leading dailies and forums. He is deeply interested in the MSME ecosystem and has committed the Foundation's US$ 20 Mn towards creating sustainable jobs.
