Blanca Eisman, a highly educated and experienced professional in the pharmaceutical industry, holds a PhD in Pharmacy and Molecular Microbiology and has studied at the renowned Universidad Complutense de Madrid. She has held several positions at MSD, including Medical Services Director, Medical Review and Medical Information Manager, Professional Relations Manager, and Scientific Outreach Manager. Eisman has also been a Professor at EPHOS, where she taught in the Master in Clinical Research and Pharmaceutical Medicine program. Before joining MSD, Eisman was a Postdoctoral Researcher at the National Center for Biotechnology-CSIC and a PhD fellow at Universidad Complutense de Madrid.

Eisman's background includes extensive expertise in pharmaceuticals, medical research, and leadership, with a particular interest in advancing the role of women in leadership. Eisman studied at Fundacion Rafael del Pino - Aliter, where she completed the Curso Superior Mujer y Liderazgo. With a strong passion for advancing medical knowledge, Eisman has also published numerous academic works and delivered lectures at various international conferences.
