Marty France is a highly experienced professional with over 35 years of experience in space, defense, education, acquisition, policy, strategy, and international affairs. He holds a PhD in Engineering Science & Mechanics from Virginia Tech, an MS in Aeronautics & Astronautics from Stanford University, and a BS in Engineering Mechanics & Engineering Sciences from the United States Air Force Academy. He is also a distinguished graduate from the National War College, where he studied National Strategic Studies. Additionally, he holds a Basic French Certificate in French Language and Literature from the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center.

France has an extensive professional background, having worked as a Technical Expert at Tecolote Research, Senior Technical Advisor (Part-Time) at Centauri, and Fulbright Scholar at Nanyang Technological University. He has also held various leadership roles, including Chief Scientist & Scientific Advisor to the Director at Joint Improvised Explosive Device Defeat Organization, Permanent Professor & Head, Department of Astronautics at US Air Force Academy, and Deputy Director of Requirements at Air Force Space Command. Furthermore, he has served as a Program Manager at DARPA and Space and Missile Systems Center and as an Action Officer for Special Programs at the Joint Staff.

Aside from his impressive professional accomplishments, France owned and invested in The Lost Friend Brewery, LLC as a Brewery Laborer and Investor. He is an active TS/SCI clearance holder and has a diverse skill set that sets him apart from his peers.
