He is an expert in HRIS/HRMS implementation, regulatory compliance, union negotiations, organizational analysis, and realignment. As a certified SHRM-CP and PHR professional, Mudassar has led both national and multinational executive development and training programs, as well as large-scale human capital management initiatives across various organizations. Prior to his current position as Director and Chief of Human Capital Development at Virginia Transformer Corp and Georgia Transformer, Mudassar worked as Private Contractor (URDU-Linguist) at SOS International and HUMAN RESOURCE- Student Consultant/Intern at USA TODAY. He received his Master’s Degree in Major Program Management at the University of Oxford and a Masters of Science with Distinction in Organizational Development and Strategic Human Resources from The Johns Hopkins University.
