Israel Sánchez

Israel Sánchez is a seasoned executive coach, talent developer, and expert in managerial skills. With over 18 years of experience in the HR industry, he has worked with complex profiles of organizations and individuals in the fields of recruitment, consultancy, training, development, and coaching. He is the senior HR advisor at Coaching Cultura Corporativa, where he applies his extensive knowledge in fostering a culture of corporate coaching. He holds an MBA from the prestigious Instituto de Empresa, a Postgraduate degree in Finance from SDA Bocconi, and has also studied Doctoral courses in Organizational Behaviour at Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
