Janpal LaChapelle

Janpal LaChapelle is a dedicated Class of 2022 Political Science student at Stanford University with a keen interest in pursuing law or academia in the future.

Having earned a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Political Science and a Minor in East Asia Studies from Stanford, Janpal also holds a High School Diploma from West Anchorage High School.

Throughout their academic journey, Janpal LaChapelle has been actively involved in various organizations, serving as a Research Assistant in the Political Science department at Stanford University.

Janpal's professional experience includes roles as a Math Instructor at Juni Learning, a Research Assistant at the Immigration Policy Lab, and an Intern at Alaska Public Defender's Office.

Moreover, Janpal LaChapelle has also participated in the Princeton in Beijing program at Princeton University, showcasing a diverse set of skills and interests.
