Mara Willemin is a seasoned GTM Sales leader who is passionate about building and scaling companies and teams with purpose-driven impact. With a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Michigan State University, Mara started out her career as a Legislative Assistant for State Senator John Gleason before moving on to be a Communications Intern for the Michigan Manufacturers Association, and then a Legislative Intern for Midwest Strategy Group. After that, Mara went on to be a Sales Representative for Southwestern Advantage before becoming an English and Reading Teacher at Teach For America.
In 2012, Mara joined Ambassador Software as a Sales Representative and, later, an Enterprise Sales Director, where she was instrumental in scaling sales and revenue from SMB to Enterprise businesses. After 6 years with Ambassador, Mara left to focus on establishing a new High Alpha Studio company. She is currently working with a dream team to launch a platform that will facilitate fair, equitable, and efficient interview processes. As a certified Neurosculpting facilitator with the Neurosculpting Institute, Mara teaches courses, workshops, and training on creating more supportive neural patterns.
Outside of work, Mara loves to read, write, learn, dance, watch Friends, and create cinematic nature-based videography. Her wide-ranging interests in psychology, neurobiology, epigenetics, business, behavioral economics, and philosophical/spiritual studies have helped her become a pattern weaver and meaning maker. She uses this lens to live, work, and play with conscious social responsibility. With her extensive experience and expertise, Mara is a valuable addition to any team.
