Milan Gizdavic is an experienced professional known for his operational and program management skills in international relief and development projects. He has over thirteen years of experience working in conflict and post-conflict environments across various countries such as Afghanistan, Bosnia, Yemen, Pakistan, Syria, Lebanon, and Jordan. Throughout his career, Gizdavic has worked with numerous organizations, both US and UN-funded, to support and manage projects related to stabilization programming, security operational management, grants management, and program design and implementation management. He is equipped with technical expertise in human resources, staff training and development, administration management, procurement and logistics management, and budget management. Gizdavic has a degree in law and criminal science and has previously worked as a consultant, deputy country manager, program manager, and operations manager for organizations such as Dexis, Creative Associates International, CHF and United Methodist Committee on Relief.
