Cole Donelson is a skilled consultant, entrepreneur, travel blogger, podcaster, and lifelong learner. With years of experience in consulting, he has helped clients from large health systems to state governments tackle their biggest organizational and technological obstacles as a management consultant at Accenture. Before that, Donelson worked as a consultant for the second-largest healthcare IT company in the US, where he implemented new best practices for consultants, streamlined consulting services making use of web applications, and created efficient communication channels between teams.

Donelson is also an accomplished entrepreneur, having co-founded SwitchbackKids.com, a leading authority on National Parks travel. He secured sponsorships and built the brand from scratch into a popular travel blog, earning media and leaving lasting impressions.

Donelson's education background is extensive; he completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Consulting and Entrepreneurship, graduating among the top 10 in his 2018 class at the Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis. He also completed a Bachelor's of Journalism degree and BSBA in General Management, both summa cum laude, at the University of Missouri-Columbia.
