Tonya Kendall is a highly accomplished professional in the field of general, facility and property management with a track record of success in turning around underperforming operations. With 12 years of combined expertise, Tonya has managed entire business operations for several high-volume bowling and entertainment centers, producing $2 to $4 million in annual revenue. She has also spearheaded a major capital expenditure project that included a complete renovation and modernization of an entire bowling center. In addition, she has directed a 330-unit luxury condominium complex and successfully elevated property value by 75% through strategic management of capital expenditure projects and renovations.
