Meet Jess Thomas, a successful entrepreneur, and founder of Health Lab Australia, a 100% plant-based snack brand that provides customers with raw plant-based snacking options for small daily moments of bliss. Her mission is to spread joy through plant-based snacking and indulge health-conscious communities in a more delightful and delicious way of living.

Jess has studied Commerce/Media and Communications, Marketing and Media Relations, Honours at University of Melbourne and Shelford Girls Grammar. Her professional experience includes Marketing Manager at Retail Zoo/Boost Juice, Senior Brand Manager at L'Oreal, Product Manager at L'Oréal, Assistant Brand Manager at L'Oréal, and Intern and Graduate Roles at L'Oréal.

Jess quit her corporate career and started hand-rolling raw health balls from her home kitchen to create her everyday indulgence snack. She believes that pure plant-based ingredients could deliver a mind-blowing indulgent snacking experience and decided to create her own.
