Strategic Talent Acquisition lead for JLL's UK investor and occupier services business. I am responsible for strategic workforce planning, stakeholder management, developing and maintaining external supplier relationships, developing recruitment processes, managing an annual budget and leading a team of 6 talent acquisition professionals.

- Responsible for JLL's Emerging Talent Programmes including graduates, apprentices, placements and interns, with support from a team of recruitment and development specialists.-Responsible for early career development up to junior Director level.-Wider involvement in the senior talent agenda in promotions selection, development programmes and workforce planning.

Vacation scheme and training contract recruitment, recruiting 110 trainees and 100 vacation scheme students annually. Responsibility for two international recruitment programmes (India and Australia).

Desk-specific hiring across the entire markets business covering c200 clients. I also managed the relationship with the universities targetted in Iberia. I also worked on off-cycle recruitment, hiring interns on an ad-hoc business need with around 40 vacancies arising per year.

Recruitment Adviser for Vacation Schemes, running the firms five schemes including selection, assessment centres, budget management, international recruitment and schemes, training contract offer process, and management of an assistant.

Involved in all parts of the recruitment process with particular responsibility for management of relationship with top tier universities, open days, and mini vacation schemes.
