Nick Fogler is an experienced engineering leader with a passion for building highly effective teams. He believes managing is an engineering project that involves the tuning of a complex machine made up of talented human beings. Nick brings a wealth of technical experience to his work, guiding engineers towards code quality and sensible trade-offs. He has previously served as the Director of Engineering at Looker and the Principal Engineer at about.me. Nick's diverse background also includes senior positions at Yahoo, Sapient, and Adjacency.

In addition to his engineering experience, Nick has studied Zen Monastic Training at Koshoji Zen Temple in Kyoto, Japan, and has a degree in East Asian Studies from Princeton University. Currently, he is the Founder and CEO of 4 Mile Analytics and a former Product/Client Manager and Data Analytics Lead at productOps, Inc.
