Ricardo Penna has over 20 years of experience in the real estate market and has been instrumental in assisting businesses with decision-making processes and implementations. He has been involved in more than 200,000 sqm of leased space and renovations, contract revisions, as well as purchase, sale, and contractual terminations, making him a seasoned professional in the real estate sector.

Penna is currently Head of the office division in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo for Newmark Knight Frank do Brasil and has been serving as a member of the Administrative Council of Cais Mauá, a company responsible for the renovation of the port area of ​​Porto Alegre. Additionally, he is a co-owner of IncorporaCrowd, a real estate crowdfunding company that seeks to offer collective financing for real estate projects.

His business acumen extends beyond the real estate sector as he is also a co-owner of a franchise in the food business. In addition, Ricardo Penna is involved in the purchase and sale of residential properties and co-ownership of a residential development.

Penna's education includes a degree in Civil Engineering from Escola de Engenharia Mauá and he also studied at Profins Business School.
