Guilherme Steagall is a seasoned investment banking professional with a focus on M&A and financial restructuring. He has a strong background in business development, particularly in origination, and significant experience as a negotiator. A board member for large public companies, he has studied at prestigious institutions such as Harvard Law School, Harvard Business School, and The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
Before becoming a consultant and board member, Steagall worked at Morgan Stanley and Banco Fator as an M&A manager and vice president, respectively. He also co-founded and managed several financial consulting companies, including 44 Capital Finanças Corporativas and Aggrego Consultores. Additionally, Steagall served as a fiscal council member for NET Serviços de Comunicação, a Brazilian communications company.
Outside of his professional work, Steagall serves as a board member for the Instituto Hermes Pardini, a healthcare company based in Brazil.
