Tim Kuppler is a thought leader and expert in culture and organization development. He has extensive experience in executive leadership and has helped global organizations improve their culture and performance. Tim holds a BA in Industrial Technology from Illinois State University. Prior to joining Compass, he founded CultureUniversity.com and held leadership positions in organizations such as Human Synergistics and Denison Consulting.

During his career, Tim has served as President, North America at AL-KO Kober, Vice President - Global HVAC, and Vice President and General Manager, North America at TI Automotive. He has also held various leadership roles such as Quality Director, North America, and Vice President, North America Quality Assurance.

In his current role at Compass, Tim serves as the Culture Solutions Director, advancing organizations towards their highest potential by improving their culture through education, experiences, and meaningful change. He is continuously working to develop solutions that revolve around improving connection during performance improvement experiences.
