As a follow up to the Home Appliance Trial we are starting to trial a new method of enabling relatives of elderly relations to keep an eye on them through using existing home appliances and a sensor that can detect unusual activity that might be a cause for concern.We are looking relatives with their elderly relations to volunteer to take part in the trial in the trial in the Cambridgeshire, UK area as well as in other parts of the UK. Working as a sub-contractor for Informetis Europe, based in Cambridge, is a subsidiary of Informetis Company Japan, which itself is a spin-out from what was previously Sony Corporation’s R&D Energy Division. It's vision is to enable consumers to minimise their energy bills through the use of simple and cost effective technology solutions. The first solution from Informetis is a cloud based service which through the use of a ‘single clamp’ electricity sensor provides consumers with an ‘itemised view’ of their electricity bill.

UK Home Appliance Trial Coordinator

Working as a sub-contractor advised the company on how to set it up for offering Energy Efficiency Assessment, for domestic properties, utilising the Green Deal so that the company could offer loans to homeowners and landlords. Also set up their website and Customer Relationship Management System (CRM).

Home Energy Surveys Coordinator

- The 80percent Hub"​ was a "not for profit"​ social enterprise serving the needs of the community. It was working to stimulate the widespread uptake of sustainable energy services and products that lead to a carbon neutral environment. It focused on the Green Deal - the UK government's major initiative to encourage UK domestic properties to become more energy efficient. The company was a certified "Green Deal Advice (Assessor) Organisation - that used a network of qualified Green Deal Advisers - to carry out Green Deal Assessments on domestic properties. Since the Green Deal started at the end of January 2013 we have carried out around 250 assessments across Cambridgeshire, Suffolk and Norfolk.We successfully - won a contract with the Cambridgeshire local authorities to carry out more than 200 assessments across Cambridgeshire - with funding from The Department for Environment and Climate Change (DECC) under the Pioneer Places Fund.  We were an independent intermediary between the “ Industry” (product and service providers of energy saving and generations solutions and “Communities” (individual householders, businesses, housing associations, the public sector and community-based third sector groups).The name “The 80Percent Hub” – has been derived from the UK Government’s aim to reduce 1990 greenhouse emissions by 80% by 2050.

It aims to start its operations amongst diversity communities in the UK, before expanding to Ghana, TKC’s gateway into Africa. It's exemplary Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative provides practical online training and educational content to students, young professionals and entrepreneurs with the sole process of empowering and enhancing their professional and entrepreneurial capabilities. This will be achieved via:· Creation of an innovative online training programme using multi-media to captivate our audience.· Distribution of our training programmes via internet, mobile applications and television.· Organisation of free training seminars on career and leadership empowerment.TKC will use modern day technology to produce 'knowledge-on-the-go!’. Its education and entertainment merger (“Edutainment”) will make TKC an invaluable complement to students and young professionals.

One project included creating and managing "Miss World TV" and the website including the e-shop for the Miss World Organisation - the longest running global beauty contest.Another project was creating and running the online e-shop in multiple languages for KidsCo TV - part of a an international children's entertainment brand founded by Canadian broadcaster Corus Entertainment's Nelvana Enterprises, American-based producer DIC Entertainment, and European broadcaster Sparrowhawk Media Group in April 2007. KidsCo was founded to be a "fourth voice" in the realm of children's entertainment, currently dominated by Viacom (owner of Nickelodeon), Disney (owner of Disney Channel and Jetix), and Time Warner (owner of Cartoon Network, Looney Tunes, and DC Comics).
