Danny Lee, a highly experienced IT professional, has spent over three decades working in various management and supervisory roles, specializing in IT operations and service delivery. Throughout his career, Danny has worked in diverse technical areas, including application development, servers and networks, system architecture, project management, customer service delivery, IT procurement, contracts, finance, and HR. He graduated from North East London Polytechnic and obtained a degree in Engineering. Later, he studied Computing Science at Curtin University and attended Malacca High School.

Danny started his IT career as a programmer and moved up to various senior roles, culminating in a Service Delivery Manager position at Alcoa Australia. As a Service Delivery Manager, he was responsible for overseeing significant procurement vendor contracts, managing finance and budgeting, and leading major IT projects. In addition, Danny managed teams of up to 28 employees, where he developed strong leadership skills, fostered team-building, and promoted staff development.

Danny's strongest skills include technical proficiency, ITIL and ITSM practices, project management, procurement, finance, and HR. His technical expertise includes IT Infrastructure, Data Centre Management, and Network Administration. Danny holds certification in ITIL and ITSM practices and has managed IT operations and services teams in Australia and globally.

Although Danny is currently enjoying his break, he is actively looking for short-term or part-time assignments to utilize his skills and experience. He aims to contribute to the growth and success of a company while continuing to learn and expand his knowledge.
