Fayçal Dahhou is an accomplished Ingénieur Mécanique des Systèmes et Systèmes d'informations, having studied at the Ecole Supérieure d'Ingénieurs Léonard de Vinci in Paris la Défense. He is an expert in Business Process Management (BPM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Robotics, and Engagement Management. His experience includes working as the BPM/CRM/Robotics Pre-sales Lead at DXC Technology, Lead business architect at Agirc-Arrco, and Pega Engagement Manager at Bank of France, among other roles. He has worked on innovative digital programs and initiatives, driving high-potential digital programs. Furthermore, he co-founded SQUAIR Factory, where he served as the IoT Digital Product Manager.
