At Uber, Carlo held several key positions such as Head of Central Operations, Head of Courier Growth and Marketplace Operations, Marketplace Operations Lead, Operations and Logistics Manager, and Operations Coordinator, showcasing his versatility and leadership skills in operational roles. Prior to his tenure at Uber, Carlo excelled as a Global Operations Manager at Rocket Internet SE and undertook responsibilities as Business Development Manager and Business Development Intern in the same organization.
