Kevin Yoo is a seasoned finance professional with a wealth of experience in corporate financial planning and analysis, investment banking, M&A advisory, corporate development, and investments. With an impressive background spanning across several high-level roles in various organizations, including SK, Barclays, and American Airlines, Yoo has built a reputation as a leader in the finance industry.

He graduated from William & Mary with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and started his career as an intern at Virginia Capital Partners. From there, he worked his way up to become an Analyst in Investment Banking at BB&T Capital Markets, Senior Associate in Corporate Finance at Daiwa Securities Capital Markets, and Associate in M&A at Samsung Securities.

Before joining American Airlines, where he spent many years in several Senior Manager and Manager roles, he served as the Manager of Corporate Development at SK. Yoo's experience has been focused on corporate financial planning and analysis, cash flow forecasting, capital planning and analysis, budgeting, and M&A advisory. Within American Airlines, he was responsible for the Five Year Plan and Forecasting, Financial Planning & Analysis, and Division Finance - Regional/Network Strategy. At SK, he worked on corporate development and acquisitions.

As the Sr. Manager of American Eagle Strategy and Business Planning at American Airlines, Yoo exhibited exceptional leadership and analytical skills. He was also responsible for managing cross-functional teams, developing and implementing strategies, analyzing financial results, and identifying opportunities for growth.
