Soeren Bak Harder is an accomplished leader and manager with years of successful experience in the telecommunications and wireless industry. He has a broad specialist knowledge of product certification, product testing, project management and quality assurance, on top of his strong leadership and managerial experience. Soeren has led international organizations and projects for over 14 years and has a recognized track record of successfully delivering on complicated projects. He is a positive, calm, open-minded, accountable, direct, and authentic person, focused on results and motivated by delivering them via an analytical, structured and holistic approach with attention to detail.

Soeren has a B.Sc. Eng from the Technical University of Denmark and studied at Haslev Gymnasium. He has worked at various positions at Nokia and Microsoft, including Chief Product Certification Officer, Laboratory Manager, Cellular Modem Compliance Laboratory San Diego, Windows Phone Certification Program Manager, GCF/PTCRB Project Manager, and Manager, Industry Certifications. Soeren is currently working as a Requirements Manager at GN ReSound.
