Mike LaChance is a highly experienced executive leader with expertise in marketing, sales, business development, corporate development, and strategy. He has a proven track record, having served in various executive and operational leadership roles, including P&L ownership, strategic planning and execution, turnarounds, company culture, and motivation. LaChance also has experience in mergers and acquisitions, strategy development, and strategic justification, valuation, due diligence, integration, new business, and corporate development. He has been instrumental in forging strategic alliances and partnerships with OEMs, VARs, channels, and routes-to-market.
LaChance's areas of expertise are in healthcare IT, software development, and IT networking. He has experience in business and corporate development, sales leadership, product management, vertical market development, and venture partnering. Some of the notable organizations he has been associated with include OneMedNet, Rhapsody, Vital Images, Inc., EXTENSION, Agfa Healthcare, eRAD/Image Medical, Iron Hill Technology, FORE Systems, DuPont, among others.
LaChance holds a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame. He also studied Mergers & Acquisitions and Executive Negotiation at the University of Pennsylvania- The Wharton School.
