Laura Dessalces

Laura Dessalces is a multifaceted entrepreneur with a diverse background in project coordination, marketing, and partnerships. She completed both her Baccalauréat and Grande Ecole studies at prestigious HEC Paris, where she later pursued a master's in X-HEC Entrepreneurs.

Dessalces co-founded ISLA Collective, a social enterprise focused on sustainable swimwear. Before that, she worked as a project coordinator in digital transition for ARPEGE INDUSTRIE and as a hotel buyer for Voyage Privé. She also gained valuable experience in marketing and partnerships as the Chargée de projet marketing et partenariats at DeRose Method yogic practice.

Earlier in her career, she worked as an agent de comptoir for TNT, where she developed excellent customer service skills.
