Annika Dubrall is an astute leader with a proven track record of over 15 years in project management and strategic planning. Beginning her career in non-profit global development, Annika transitioned to the private sector by earning her Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. Her experience bridges continents, with exposure to South Asia, East Asia, East Africa, and Latin America.

Annika has a talent for collaborating across functions and devising multi-year roadmaps that mitigate risks and capture process improvement opportunities in real-time. She has made impactful contributions to corporate and vendor inventory management investments during her tenure at PVH Corp., where she served as Director of Strategic Initiatives and Senior Program Manager for the Strategic Initiatives Office. She also served as Director of Social Impact at Stitch Fix, where she leveraged her experience to create positive social outcomes.

Annika's diverse experience includes leading supply chain innovation at Gap Inc., operations, and merchandising innovation at Walmart.com, and founding her consulting firm, Equilibrium Consulting Group. Prior to that, she worked as a Senior Grants and Contracts Administrator at the Population Council and as a Grants Administrator and Assistant Grants Administrator. Annika graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, with a Bachelor of Arts degree, and she also spent time as a John S. Knight Fellowship Affiliate at Stanford University.
