Brad Sostack is a transformation leader with over 15 years of experience in the private, military, and government sectors. He has a successful career across multiple fields, including serving as a US Navy commissioned Quality Assurance Officer on nuclear attack submarines, an Executive Leadership Coach and Consultant for global corporate senior management, and an Assistant Professor of Naval Science at the University of Florida. Brad has studied Nuclear Engineering at Nuclear Power School-Naval Nuclear Power Training Command (NNPTC), earned an MBA from the University of Florida Warrington College of Business, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Oregon State University.

In addition to his impressive educational achievements and varied experience, Brad has also worked as a Senior Implementation Coach at McKinsey & Company, served as a Political Candidate for the U.S. House of Representatives, and sat on the Board of Citadel Analytics (UK) Ltd.
