Rebecca Ouellette

Rebecca Ouellette is a professional with a diverse background in managerial and leadership roles in international education, nonprofit, government, and volunteer work.

She holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from the University of Connecticut, where she also completed a B.A. in Political Science & Chinese with Cum Laude honors in 2019.

Rebecca has a keen interest in global business relations, cultural competency, program management, and international affairs.

Her professional experience includes roles such as Program Development and Management Fellow at The Stamford Partnership, Graduate Intern in Workforce Development at Connecticut Department of Administrative Services, and Program Coordinator at Stamford Innovation Week.

Additionally, she has served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant in the Department of Public Policy at the University of Connecticut and held various positions at Uniquely Caffeinated Cafes and Tazza Cafe.

Rebecca's previous internships include stints at the U.S. House of Representatives and the American Red Cross, where she gained valuable experience in grant writing and administrative tasks.

She also pursued further education in Chinese language and literature at Fudan University, showcasing her commitment to cross-cultural communication and understanding.
