Shane Moses is an experienced business attorney with over a decade of experience advising executives, boards, and other corporate decision makers on complex legal and business issues. With extensive experience representing businesses struggling with difficult financial circumstances, both in bankruptcy and in out-of-court restructuring negotiations, Shane is skilled in finding creative solutions based on real-world business objectives. Shane is recognized for his ability to provide practical, realistic advice in challenging circumstances, advocating effectively in court for the same objectives.

Shane frequently advises on structuring complex business transactions in a variety of industries, negotiating and drafting all kinds of commercial agreements. He has particular expertise in translating practical objectives and concerns into effective and clear contract language, and for clearly communicating the real-world implications of contract language to his clients. His background includes working with clients to negotiate and document complex commercial loan transactions, asset purchase agreements, real estate sale contracts, leases, service agreements, intellectual property license agreements, dispute settlements, and many other types of commercial agreements.

In addition to representing business clients, Shane has regularly represented bankruptcy trustees and committees. He also has a proven record of successfully representing companies and executives in high-stakes litigation regarding various business disputes, often, but not always, in the bankruptcy context.

Shane received his Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law, and his BS in Biology and BA in Political Science from Virginia Tech.
