At BSR, I partner with the world's largest consumer brands to embed human rights and sustainability into their strategic planning, operations, marketing and supply chain management. I co-lead BSR's Living Wage practice that works with companies to establish programs to assess and rectify living wage gaps for their operations and supply chains.

Baobab Consulting is an Africa-focused social impact firm offering world-class services in strategic communications, strategic advisory and research, and intercultural programming. I've worked with the founders of Baobab Consulting to advise their business development strategy and negotiate key partnerships. I've designed curriculum and programming to empower African entrepreneurs at American conferences, supported communications for several African diaspora events, and facilitated intercultural exchanges for American and Senegalese students, teachers and professionals.

Kuli Kuli is a B-Corp making superfood snacks from climate-smart, indigenous plants to support economic development and regenerative agroforestry in the Global South. At Kuli Kuli, I managed our impact strategy to harness financing, training and marketing initiatives to strengthen our suppliers' businesses and regenerative agroforestry programs. I transitioned our lead product to post-consumer recycled packaging and managed product development for four product lines, overseeing consumer research, concept ideation, formulation, packaging and go-to-market strategy.

Begue Coco was a coconut natural products company established for the Senegalese market to create jobs and combat environmental degradation of Senegalese coasts. As founder of Begue Coco, I crowdfunded $25K to develop our coconut cosmetics line and eco-beach bar made from all recycled materials, established coconut supply chain in Senegal and Ivory Coast, managed production of coconut oil, milk and baked goods, oversaw all marketing initiatives and established a coconut grove to renew land impacted by salinization and desertification along Senegalese coast.

Tostan is a community development and human rights education non-profit organization that creates opportunities for West African women and children. At Tostan, I managed a program that taught parents about early childhood development in 200 villages in four languages. As part of this work I developed program tools, trained a 250-person staff, ensured program updates were disseminated, highlighted successes on the blog and website and partnered with Stanford University to lead a monitoring and evaluation project in 24 villages in four regions.
