Work with the North America HR team as a HR Business Partner responsible for strategic partnership and planning with senior leaders to drive HR initiatives within several business units.

Senior Manager,  Human Resources

Manage and administer Human Resource functions for local and remote client groups within the Operations groups - including the CATI call centers.  Primary support included:
- high volume recruitment and selection
- employee relations
- succession planning
- training and development program administration and facilitation
- HRIS payroll and benefits administration
- available for staff and management guidance as needed for employment legislation and policy interpretation
- health and safety programs
- administration of WCB claims and return to work programs
- fundraising initiatives
