George C. Simpson, a recently retired State of Alabama Judge, is preparing to move to Wilson Lake after decades spent in the field. A graduate of the University of Alabama, where he studied Economics, English, Law, and received a JD, Simpson has made a name for himself in the legal community throughout his career. Prior to serving as a State Judge, Simpson was a District Judge for Clay County, and before that practiced as an Attorney at Law in Lineville, Al.

With his retirement from the bench in August of 2017, Simpson is ready to settle into a new chapter at Wilson Lake. His extensive education and experience in law and economics, as well as his years of service to the state, make him a notable figure in the legal and civic communities.
