With over 12 years of experience consulting with senior leaders of Fortune 500 companies, Tika specializes in coaching leaders and organizations to lead change initiatives to significantly enhance the employee experience. Tika is a Prosci certified change management practitioner who has developed assessment tools using the latest survey methodologies, facilitated workshops, and led transformation initiatives. She is currently the Principal Consultant for Employee Experience at Qualtrics and has previously worked with Steelcase, Delivering Happiness, and Culture Change Consultants.
