Justin Golshir is a highly accomplished entrepreneur, financier, and investor with an extensive background in real estate, private equity, and technology. He is the Founder and CEO of Grind Capital Group, a dynamic firm that specializes in real estate and corporate private equity investments. With over a decade of experience in the industry, Golshir has a proven track record of success across diverse disciplines, including modular construction, online music distribution, M&A investment banking, real estate development, and corporate private equity. Before starting his own ventures, Golshir worked as an Associate at GI Partners and Dubai International Capital and as an Analyst in M&A Investment Banking at Lehman Brothers. He was also a National Security/Foreign Policy Fellow to US Senator Saxby Chambliss (R-GA) in Washington D.C. and a participant in the prestigious Techstars Disney Accelerator Program in Los Angeles.
