Nathan Aycock is a strategic planner and operations designer with a focus on organizational design for teams. With a Bachelor of Science in International Business from the College of Charleston, Nathan gained his specific skill set related to organizational design while working with McChrystal Group. He was part of the small team that studied and developed a methodology that was the basis of General Stanley McChrystal and David Silverman's book "Team of Teams." In 2016, Nathan joined CrossLead Inc, a company that spun off from McChrystal Group to scale their Enterprise Performance Management software. He serves as the project lead for the company's financial services clients. Nathan is an avid soccer fan, outdoorsman, surfer, snowboarder, and Ironman triathlete.
