Vitaly V. Vinogradov is an experienced corporate counsel with over 10 years of consulting and in-house experience. Throughout his career, he has specialized in corporate law and corporate governance, M&A, JV, IP, contract law, employment law, IR, financial institutions, private equity, venture capital, startups advisory, and business development. He serves as an independent director on the boards of several private and state-owned companies and is a well-regarded lecturer and visiting professor, sharing his expertise at numerous institutions, including the Russian State University of Humanities, State University of Management, Higher School of Economics, and Skolkovo.
