Created a new venture in the Total Group named Total Intelligence. We developed a process where we helped organizations solve marketing and business challenges, often when dealing with complex products and services. Resulting in a team of 16 people.

Master thesis on Fuzziness in Front End Innovation.
- What is Fuzziness in Front End Innovation?” Resulting in the discovery of the “State of Fuzziness” A state of emptiness and not knowing leading to virtue.
In collaboration with a total of 35 US and Dutch companies(some cannot be mentioned due to an NDA): Levi's Eureka Lab, Stanford University, Google, Tesla, NEO Innovations, Oracle, 6SensorLabs, Gumroad, <a href="http://IDEO.org">IDEO.org</a>, Philips, Studio Daan Roosegaarde, Fabrique, Quora, Travelbird, d.school, Ebay, Heineken, Ahold etc.

Supporting the Innovation Program Office @ DSM Innovation Center (delivering innovation processes and advice to internal projects and spin offs) with their activities. Responsibilities were organising an event for the innovation community of DSM in Frankfurt with 500 attendance and launching a DSM Resins product into the market.
