Ajit Paul is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience in the global payments industry. Currently, he is the Payments Lead – Fintech Banking at Cross River Bank, where he oversees the overall business strategy for the bank's payment products. Prior to this, Mr. Paul was the Executive Director & Regional Head – Americas at Moneydart Global Services Inc. During his tenure, he scaled the company's operations from a single state in the U.S. to 52 U.S. jurisdictions. His visionary leadership and keen business acumen helped transform Moneydart into a highly successful brand that generated high turnovers and revenue.

Mr. Paul is an expert in enterprise solutions, digital money transfer, and foreign exchange. He has introduced technology-driven digital payment services that facilitate cross-border B2B, P2P, and B2C payments. Moreover, he has experience in product lifecycle management with a proven track record of designing, building, and growing digital payment solutions at high-growth multiples, in partnership with commercial, IT, and marketing teams.

Mr. Paul has earned two master's degrees in Business Administration and Economics, respectively, from Madras University and Kerala University. He also holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from Mahatma Gandhi University.

In his early career, Mr. Paul served as the Manager of Marketing at JOHAN PLASTMET PRIVATE LIMITED. Additionally, he also served as the Head of Human Resources at Moneydart Global Services Inc.
