Cecyl Hobbs, an accomplished executive and consultant, has joined Russell Reynolds Associates as Executive Director to lead board and C-suite searches for the technology industry. Holding an MBA from Harvard Business School, Cecyl has extensive experience in technology leadership and strategy roles with fast-growth companies such as SHYFT Analytics and Activate Networks. Cecyl is also a Qualified Financial Expert and has served on the boards of several non-profit organizations, including Cristo Rey Boston and the Federation of Protestant Welfare Agencies. In addition, he is responsible for leading the firm's Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in Tech efforts.
