Godecke Wessel is a well-accomplished business leader with a diverse professional background. He received his MBA in Wirtschaftswissenschaften with distinction from Aston Business School and has a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Fachhochschule Wedel. Prior to his academic pursuits, he graduated from Vincent-Lübeck-Gymnasium Stade with an Abitur.

Wessel has held various leadership positions in both large corporations and his own ventures. He is the founder and CEO of FOURSOURCE Group, a company focused on digitalizing the fashion supply chain. He served as the COO for Westwing Home & Living and FALKE KGaA. He was an associate at Booz & Company and a managing consultant at IBM. Additionally, he was a Master Black Belt, Lean Master at ITT Cannon, and founder & CEO of Wasser & Wärme Dienste GmbH.

Throughout his career, Wessel has demonstrated his expertise in business strategy, supply chain management, lean management, and digital transformation. He is a strategic thinker with a passion for driving operational efficiencies and making an impact in the industry.
