* Acting in Latin America scope, with oversight of 42 countries located in South America, Central America and Caribbean. Operation with USD 140MM in revenues. 
* Responsible for defining and setting sales quota and commercial policies per country, sales person and distribution channel.
* Managing the budget and forecast cycles for the Sales Organization; Monitoring sales, expenses and financial results, in accordance with strategic business initiatives for the region.
* In-charge to develop and implement sales incentive and compensation plans for internal sales team, distributors and resellers;
* Interaction with Commercial Directors of each country to discuss sales performance and rolling forecast, providing strategic then recommendations towards results maximization.
* Interface with peers from other regions to share best practices, success cases and alignment of regional/global accounts.

Head of Finance for Latin America – Commercial Operations 

* Joined the company in its startup in Brazil. Mission to structure and run Finance area locally while integrating to global operation.
* Integrated leadership of Treasury, Controllership, FP&A, Accounting, Tax/Fiscal, and Credit/Collection. In addition, responsible for HR, IT, Legal and Administrative/facilities. 
* Consolidation and closing of P&L and financial/accounting statements (BRGAAP and USGAAP), cash flow strategy, balance sheet management; elaboration of annual plan and rolling forecast. Elaboration of required documentation for SEC and SOX.
* Member of the Executive Committee: participation in the definition of strategic plan, corporate development and growth model.
* Direct support to sales team, helping building relationship and negotiations with corporate clients.
* Interface with peers from other regions to discuss best practices, success cases and corporate alignment. 
* Interaction with local/global top management for results presentation, cash flow needs and strategic direction:

* Mission to promote extensive financial and operational restructuring towards increasing profitability and growth.
* Operation with 5 Business Units (magazines, websites and corporate events).
* Integrated leadership of Treasury, Controllership, FP&A, Accounting, Tax/Fiscal, and Credit/Collection. Also responsible for HR, IT, Legal and Administrative/facilities. 
* Consolidation and closing of P&L and financial/accounting statements (BRGAAP, USGAAP and IFRS), cash flow strategy, balance sheet management; elaboration of annual plan and rolling forecast.
* Monitoring of financial processes, internal controls and corporate risks, ensuring adequacy to corporate policies and standards.
* Relationship with banks to contract financing, working capital, hedge, and investments operations.

* Responsible for managing Accounting, Treasury and Tax booking/planning areas. 
* In-charge of cash flow management, risk analysis of the credits and resources, exchange rate, payroll and accounting closing. 
* Elaboration of financial reports (BRGAAP and USGAAP) and information/documentation for SEC and Sabarnes Oxley.
* Reporting to the local CFO. Managing a team of 8 professionals; daily interaction with global finance team in US’s headquarter.

AOL Brazil

Controller & Treasurer

* P&L management of the business unit; consolidation of monthly results of accounts received from sales revenues, costs, margins, accounts payable and opex; elaboration of annual plan and rolling forecast; profitability analysis per contract/client.
* Interface with sales team for the elaboration of customized proposals; financial modeling, simulations/scenarios, pricing, break-even, payback; support in the negotiation with prospects and clients towards deal closing. 
* Reporting to the BU Director and to the Corporate CFO. Managing a team of 4 professionals.

BU Controller (Outsourcing Software)

* Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager. Managing a team of 8 Financial Analysts
* Managing and controlling R$ 500MM/year revenues from direct and indirect sales channels, ensuring proper application of established commercial policies (pricing, discounts, terms).
* Analysis of client’s overdue/defaults; negotiation in national scope towards credit recovery. 
* Interaction with sales team to discuss deviations and findings while provide guidance in respect to commercial procedures.

Unilever

Financial Manager – Commercial Operations

* Reporting to the Internal Auditing Director for Latin America. 
* Responsible for conducting audits reviews (financial, accounting, compliance, frauds, and corporate risks) within operations in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador and Venezuela.
