Zahrah Devji

Zahrah Devji is an accomplished lawyer with extensive experience in the technology industry. She is currently associated with the prestigious law firm Gunderson Dettmer, where she represents startups and emerging growth companies in various corporate matters, including formation, financings, and exits. Zahrah's expertise lies in venture capital financing, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate counseling for technology, life sciences, and consumer companies. Prior to Gunderson Dettmer, she worked with Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe, where she advised clients on intellectual property licensing and distribution matters, including open-source software licensing.
