With a degree in Business Management from the University of London, Phang has held numerous managerial positions in renowned healthcare organizations such as the Singapore General Hospital and International SOS, where she performed roles ranging from Business Process and Compliance Manager to Regional Operations Manager. As Assistance Director at Singapore General Hospital, she managed Singapore's largest emergency ambulance service, demonstrating her ability to lead in crisis situations.

At Eblity, Phang's focus is creating a collaborative platform that helps parents, schools, and external partners deliver excellent outcomes for students with special needs. With Homage, her strategizing and planning skills are a vital asset that ensures the smooth running of the company that provides home care services for elderly people throughout Asia.

Phang is also an expert in managing projects, operations, and customer services. At International SOS, she managed regional projects, handled compliance issues, and monitored the performance of customer service teams in Singapore and Greater China.
