WINS is a collective impact initiative established in 2014 as a collaboration between the the Mayors Grow South Initiative and the Children’s Health System of Texas to revitalize South Dallas/Fair Park. I provided data management, geo mapping, and project planning support to secure the first Public Improvement District south of the Trinity River. The Fair Park PID was approved unanimously by the Dallas City Council. Also, created a project plan for Family University, which will provide support and life skills for parents of children ages 0-5. The plan will be implemented by Children Health's Health and Wellness Alliance for Children.

The Young Women's Preparatory Network is a non-profit dedicated to starting and supporting public all-girl's leadership schools across Texas. Their network schools serve more than 4,000 young women  in grades 6-12, and the vast majority of their students come from economically disadvantaged and minority backgrounds. In my role as Chief Program Officer, I designed and managed the evaluation process for our network of schools. I also established an annual leadership convening for our stakeholders and created a leadership handbook that provided essential demographics, outcomes data, and polices and procedures.

In my role as Director of Alumnae Services, I designed and managed systems to track alumnae outcomes and maintain connections with our graduates. These systems included a salesforce alumnae tracking database, a Facebook alumnae group, and annual events. I also established a mentoring program for seniors on the Irma Rangel Young Women's Leadership School campus.

The Government Accountability Office is a federal agency that evaluates program progress and outcomes at the request of congress. In my role as an analyst, I collaborated with senior analysts, methodologists, economists, and attorneys to plan and conduct in-depth analyses on the operation of federal programs through research, interviews, and site visits. In this capacity, I co-authored reports and testimonies for congress.
