Anitha Manohar is a systems-level neuroscientist with over 10 years of experience in in-vivo electrophysiology and computational algorithms. She has a background in engineering and has conducted research on various CNS disorders, including Parkinson's disease, schizophrenia, and spinal cord injury. Anitha received her PhD in the neurorobotics lab at Drexel University, where she studied plasticity in cortical circuits that were induced by interventions after spinal cord injury. Anitha has postdoctoral experience in decoding patterns of network oscillations that serve as biomarkers for healthy and diseased brain states. Anitha's expertise includes in-vivo electrophysiology techniques, single and multi-unit recordings, small animal stereotaxic neurosurgery, population-level neural decoding, and programming in Matlab, Python, and LabView.
