John O'Shaughnessy is a seasoned infrastructure architect with a wealth of experience in designing, building, and maintaining cost-effective network and data center environments. He possesses excellent communication skills, enabling him to work effectively with both business and technology teams, from executive to technical levels.

John has worked with a diverse range of organizations from international Fortune 500 corporations to fast-track startups, delivering successful design, development, and deployment efforts.

Over his career, John has held various IT positions in multiple companies, including Insight, Midwave, Ameriprise, UnitedHealth Group, HeatSeeker Technology Partners, WAM!NET, and Silicon Graphics, to name a few. His roles have included infrastructure architect, senior consultant, project architect, director of technical services, and more.

John studied computer science at the University of St. Thomas and was a member of AvSIG, where he became a TopGun member since 1990. He also worked as a programmer/analyst at PLATO and served as a PLATO consultant at Control Data Corporation.
