Headhunted by CTO to head up the technology recruitment team to turnaround and transform the recruitment function and ensure Betfair acquired best talent in the candidate market in the quickest time possible.
In 6 months reduced time to hire by 89% through increasing channels to market and implemented an adaptable interview process and mobilising European talent.
Successful increased direct hires by 26% in a 5 month period;
Designed and implemented recruitment strategy for the UK and Europe to ensure the recruitment function is joined up and collaborative.
Designed and implemented a strategy to increase the representation of women in technology at Betfair. Redesigned and implemented the graduate recruitment process.
Implemented a referral campaign across Betfair and increased referral take up by 28%

Headed up a large HR and Business wide project as part of a wider Operations Efficiency project to improve process throughout the business and reduce costs.
Managed a project looking at the non perm workers in the organisation and temporary workers policy;

-  Facilitated the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables;

-  Developing full scale project plans and schedule project timelines;
