Steve Glaser is a seasoned business executive with expertise in strategic planning and marketing, employee and student engagement, emerging technologies, and innovation. He studied Electrical and Computer Engineering at UC Santa Barbara and completed his Masters in Business Administration at The University of British Columbia. Over the years, Steve has leveraged his unique talents in strategic consulting for various organizations, including Copia Growth Partners, Plug & Play, and Berkeley SkyDeck start-up accelerators. He currently advises on markets in ADAS and autonomous vehicles, hyperscale cloud computing, Edge AI and IoT, and corporate wellness. Previously, Steve served as the SVP of Corporate Strategy and Marketing at Xilinx, which saw a significant increase in market value under his leadership. Steve is also an active member of several business advisory boards, including SJSU's Business School Dean's Advisory Board and Innovation Advisory Council.
