Alireza Shourabi is a seasoned behavioral design consultant with extensive experience in gamification, engagement, and persuasive design. He holds a bachelor's degree in electrical and electronics engineering from Iran University of Science and Technology. Alireza has worked with a broad range of organizations, including Stonks Trading Inc., Conesult, Edlano, and Pioneer Investors International. He applies his expertise in human behavior-related subjects such as motivation, loyalty, inspiration, and habit-forming to solve complex business problems and achieve tangible results. Alireza is a team player with excellent leadership skills and a passion for creativity and problem-solving. He has worked as a gamification designer, consultant, and mentor, and was a core team member of the Iran Gamification Association. Alireza is also the co-founder of Art of Light and Motion Studio and a former CEO/co-founder of DMOND Accelerator.
