Aaron Brown

Aaron Brown, a passionate technology thought leader and software development manager, has over 17 years of experience in software and digital commercialization. With a bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from RMIT University, he has helped launch 22+ successful new products into industrial, medical, and consumer markets. Brown is well-versed in building high-performance, customer-centric software teams, and has led start-ups and assisted Fortune 500 businesses in delivering great technology solutions.

Brown's organizations include his current position as a Software Development Manager at RealSelf and a previous role as Senior Engineering Manager - Advanced Innovation at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. He also co-founded Indice Semiconductor and served as the company's President and Chief Operating Officer. Brown has held various engineering roles at OPTALERT Pty Ltd, Grey Innovation Group Pty Ltd, CEA Technologies, and Elektra Audio.
