Matthew Ryan is a seasoned data centre professional with more than a decade of experience in commercial, sales, and operational management across UK/Europe, Australia, and Asia Pacific regions. He brings a strong background in commercial real estate, having worked as a qualified commercial valuer in New Zealand for over five years, and later in asset management for a UK shopping center fund. With a Bachelor of Business Studies degree from Massey University in New Zealand, he pursued his interest in property and finance, which led him to take up a Graduate Diploma in Business Studies, Finance.

Throughout his career, Ryan has held various roles with Global Switch, a prominent player in the data center industry, including Deputy Managing Director, Regional Commercial Director, and Group Commercial Manager. He has also worked as a registered commercial valuer at Colliers-International and Valuation Manager at Capital & Regional.

Ryan's expertise lies in data center management, commercial real estate, asset management, and finance. He has a proven track record of delivering results, and his experience spans across different regions, giving him a global perspective.
